Shoot and stitch

Seeing as my camera has a 'shoot and stitch' mode and every other camera I've used (my camera phone (3meg), my brother's Canon camera and film cameras) haven't had this function I thought I'd give it a shot.

It's not the best of pictures as the trellis looks a little wonky - I'm failry sure it really isn't on that angle! But for a newbie in the field it's not that bad. Is it?

Perfect Posing?

I'm not entirely convinced that this pigeon didn't know his picture was being taken as he does seem to be posing a little in these pictures.

He was just happily wandering about between the plants and pecking at the seeds on the floor, while I was pretty much hiding in a shrub so he didn't get spooked!

Bloomin Marvellous

Today I decided to take some shots in my mom's garden to test out both the flower mode and the macro mode on my recently received camera.


Daffodils, to me, are a sure sign that spring has begun and their sunny faces never fail to bring a smile to my face.
